A pole equipped with fastening clamps rests in a pedestal and refers to a not-yet or not-anymore. It lacks the traffic sign that communicates commands or prohibitions. The support is deprived of its coded signs and becomes a monument to itself. The absence of the sign creates a void which is understood as Provisional Anarchy.
